Dubai's Nakheel to issue construction tender for $680m Palm mall | Arabian Business

Dubai developer Nakheel on Wednesday will float a tender for the main construction of the AED2.5bn ($680m) Nakheel Mall project on Palm Jumeirah.

The 418,000 square metre retail, dining and entertainment complex will be built at the heart of The Palm, at the northern end of the island's trunk.

Ground preparation and piling work on site have already begun and construction is due to start by the end of this year.
